cordillera delicacies

"Watwat" or gifts of ritual meat are part of the sacrificial animals during community gatherings and special events. Drying, sans the benefit of refrigeration technology, is a preservation technique.
The dried meat later is called "etag," a much craved for mountain dish.one of the cordillera delicacies..like "pinikpikan" with "etag"
